I wrote email copy for all of TalkTalk’s services (mobile, TV and broadband) on a daily basis at STEEL from 2012-2014.
I was also involved in the design of TalkTalk’s TV Ezine, now into its 40th issue. Each week, we’d need an attention-grabbing subject line, intro paragraph and synopsis for each container. The more friendly, chatty tone that we developed has since been implemented across several other TV email templates.
